1 General Provisions

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for deposits on az444. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• No transaction fee applies to deposits (excluding any fees charged by the payment provider itself).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• az444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on az444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate may apply.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Specific wagering requirements must be met to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw the bonus amount, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000.

• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirements is counted from the date the bonus is awarded.
• Some games may contribute a different percentage towards wagering requirements.
• If the requirements are not met, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
